On Saturday, March 26th Sadal Wine Cellar had their grand opening. The owners Jigisha Parekh and her husband were joined by Mayor Robert Woodruff for the cake-cutting ceremony.
There was also wine and beer tasting. In addition to the retail store, the lower level has a catering room that can host between 70 – 75 people. It can be rented out for birthday parties, baby showers and business meetings. The store is located at 440 Springfield Avenue, Berkeley Heights.
