Rotarian Diana Taylor passes
The Rotary Club of Westfield is sad to report that Rotarian Diana Taylor passed away on July 30, 2020 at the age of 92.
Diana joined Rotary Club of Westfield the first year women were permitted to join in 1988 and had perfect attendance up until recently.
She loved participating in Pancake Day, and used to sit at the door selling tickets. Pancake Day (now called Breakfast with the Bands) is a fundraiser for college scholarships. The Rotary Club provides $99,000 in college scholarships every year.
The Rotary Club honored Diana with a Paul Harris Fellow in 2007 and elected her to be the Rotarian of the Year in 2009.
