At a recent joint Rotary District 7510-7470 event, the Berkeley Heights Rotary was among the top Rotary Clubs honored. The Club received the prestigious Rotary International-Presidential Citation and the Interact Student Service Club of Governor Livingston high school–sponsored by the Berkeley Heights RC–also received a Presidential Citation. These two clubs were the only ones in a district of 39 clubs in five counties to receive both distinctions.
In addition, for their contributions to The Rotary Foundation, the Berkeley Heights Club received recognition for 3rd in District 7510 for per-capita donations, 100% Every Rotarian-Every Year, and 100% Sustaining Members.
