With more than 50 businesses participating, it was a month long search to find Rosie the Rose City Reindeer.
Last year, the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce created and launched a creative and fun activity to help highlight the holidays. For the second consecutive year children of all ages were invited to participate in an event that brings a smile to all who take part.
Children were encouraged to search the town for Rosie the Rose City Reindeer, collect toys and prizes along the way and have the opportunity to be included in a grand prize drawing. Toys prizes were donated by Tons of Toys, 64 Main St.
Tons of Toys owner Chris Brinkofski announced the winners on Monday, December 17 during a live feed on the ILoveMadisonNJ Facebook page.
The grand prize winner was Nicholas Page who was awarded a $100 Madison Gift Check. Second and third place winners, Madison Mori and Penelope Kraines each received a $50 Madison Gift Check.
“The Rosie scavenger hunt was a ton of fun for everyone involved,” said Chamber executive director Karen Giambra. “Many thanks to everyone who supported and participated…Rosie will certainly return again next year!”
