KIDS programs
BOOKS & BADGES (TUESDAYS 9/10, 9/17, 9/24 11:00 AM) Children will have a chance to build vocabulary and enjoy a book and craft with our officers from the RPPD. Children up to age 9 with a caregiver are welcome.
PLAY & LEARN STORY TIME (WEDNESDAY 09/11 ,09/18 .09/25 11AM) Learn preschool basics with Miss Faith through rhymes, simple stories and engaging activities.
LEAD PREVENTION & EDUCATIONAL STORYTIME PRESENTED BY MERIDIAN HEALTH (THURSDAY 09/12 11AM FRIDAY 09/27 11AM)
BACK TO SCHOOL BINGO (MONDAY 9/16 3:30PM) Join Miss Faith and Miss Jessica in their program room for some after school fun! Play BINGO and win prizes! Space is limited; online registration is required!
***CRAFTERNOON (MONDAY 9/30 3:30PM) Make a fun craft with Miss Faith in the program room. Space is limited; online registration required.
1,000 BOOKS BEFORE KINDERGARTEN AGES 0-5 Sign up for our 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program. Get your reading log, log your books, collect your prizes, and join us for the end of summer reading party! Sign ups are ongoing, drop in any time to sign up. Roselle Park residents only.
TEEN/TWEEN EVENTS
T(W)EEN CRAFT (WEDNESDAY 9/18 3:30PM-4:15PM) Join Ms. Lisa at the library for an after school craft. This program is for ages 12-17. There will be snacks!
FAMILY EVENTS
PAJAMA STORY TIME (THURSDAYS 6:30 PM) Bring your favorite stuffed animal, wear your pajamas, and join library staff for a cozy bedtime story and craft.
LEGO CLUB (WEDNESDAYS 9/11, 9/18, 9/25 3:00PM-4:00PM) (SATURDAYS 11:00AM) Use the library’s LEGO bricks to build your own creations.
ADULT PROGRAMS
KNITTING CLUB (WEDNESDAYS 1:00 – 3:00 PM) Knit and crochet winter hats and scarves to donate to charities.
QUILTING CLUB (2nd + 4th THURSDAYS 1:00 – 3:00 PM) Try out new quilting patterns with friends.
***ESL (THURSDAYS 9/05, 9/17, 9/24 6PM-7PM) Sign up for our English learning class with Miss Lisa.
TAI CHI (TUESDAYS 09/10, 09/17, 09/24 6:30-7:30pm) Build strength, flexibility, and balance through this gentle form of exercise for ages teens through adults. Space is limited. Roselle Park residents given priority.
ADULT BOOK CLUB & CRAFT (9/23 6:30PM) Make your own pumpkin while Maria reviews Mother- Daughter Murder Night by Nina Simon. Registration required. Call the circulation desk or come in to reserve a spot!
***CAFFEINE & CHAPTERS ADULT BOOK CLUB (THURSDAY 9/26 6:00PM) Review our book of the month over a cup of coffee/tea.
