TOT programs (ages 0-5)
BOOKS & BADGES (TUESDAYS 11:00 a.m.) Children will have a chance to build vocabulary and enjoy a book and craft with our officers from the RPPD.
TODDLER TIME (WEDNESDAYS 11:00 a.m.) Learn preschool basics with Miss Faith through rhymes, simple stories, and engaging activities.
KIDS PROGRAMS (ages 5-11)
***JR. CHEF (MONDAY 02/05 3:30 p.m.) Join Miss Faith in the program room to practice kitchen safety and make a tasty treat. Space is limited; online registration required!
***SNOWMEN CRAFTERNOON (MONDAY 02/26 3:30 p.m.) Make a fun winter craft with Miss Faith in the program room. Space is limited; online registration required!
TWEEN/TEEN PROGRAMS
PEN PALS (WEDNESDAYS 3:30 p.m.) (AGES 12-17) Join Ms. Lisa on a creative journey. The group will meet on Wednesdays for 7 weeks (2/7-3/27) and create short stories that will be put together into a lovely book that will be displayed at the library. There will be snacks too!
***MARIO PARTY (SATURDAY 02/24 11:00AM-12:30 p.m.) Race your friends at our Mario Kart party! We’ll have an ongoing competition with Mario-themed activities and snacks so get your wheels ready to go!
FAMILY EVENTS
PAJAMA STORY TIME (THURSDAYS 6:30 p.m.) Bring your favorite stuffed animal, wear your pajamas, and join library staff for a cozy bedtime story and craft.
LEGO CLUB (WEDNESDAYS 3:30PM-4:30 p.m. & SATURDAYS 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.) Use the library’s LEGO bricks to build your own creations. Check the calendar for dates.
SUPERBOWL CHESS (TUESDAY 02/13 5:00 p.m.) Discuss the Superbowl game and commercials while you test your Chess strategies with opponents! Ages 8+ suggested.
ADULT PROGRAMS
***ADULT BOOK BINGO (FEBRUARY 1ST-MARCH 30TH) Enter our winter book bingo to try and win the grand prize! See the circulation desk for a bingo board. Adults only.
ESL (TUESDAYS 2:00PM) Sign up for our English language learning class.
TAKE A BREAK TUESDAYS (TUESDAYS 6:30-7:30 p.m.) Refresh, Recharge, & Revitalize. Join us every Tuesday for your weekly wellness ritual.
KNITTING CLUB (WEDNESDAYS 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.) Knit and crochet winter hats and scarves to donate to charities.
QUILTING CLUB (2nd + 4th THURSDAYS 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.) Try out new quilting patterns with friends.
***ADULT BOOK CLUB & CRAFT NIGHT (MONDAY 02/05 6:00 p.m.) Bring a friend to make a partner painting while Maria reviews The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid.
***CAFFEINE AND CHAPTERS ADULT BOOK CLUB (THURSDAY 01/25 6:00 p.m.) Explore In Five Years by Rebecca Serle over a cup of coffee (decaf included) with Lisa and the crew!
