Tiffani Serafin is the new owner of Progress Clothing Resale, formally located in Garwood, New Jersey. The store is now located at 1100 South Avenue W., Westfield and features a total 50’s retro vibe, buying and selling styles from the 1920’s to today.
After visiting the store in Garwood Tiffani fell in love with it and applied for a job and was accepted. She purchased the business one and a half years later and decided to move it to Westfield. She recalls “The relocation came from the passion and drive to begin an exciting, new journey as the new owner. As we made the big move, our new home was completely gutted and under construction. It was most definitely a work in “progress,” with the renovation taking 8 weeks. However, this gave me all the opportunity in the world to design my shop, top to bottom. With a blank canvas at my fingertips, I was simply in heaven. I’ve always been told that I was born in the wrong era. With that being said, my vision was to create a shop with a 50’s, retro vibe. I have now been in business for 6 months and it has been nothing short of an amazing and beautiful experience.”
