A group of ladies from our community in Westfield recently got together for a golf outing and luncheon at Shackamaxon Country Club. The event raised over $32,000 for Play For P.I.N.K. (Breast Cancer Research Foundation). We were honored to have Dr.Robert Benezra from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Department of Cell Biology as our speaker. We also gave the 1st Humanitarian Award from Play for P.I.N.K. in memory of Brad Coustan. This day couldn’t be successful without the people who attended and the local merchants from our area. We would like to thank Adlers Jewelers, Alleum Yoga, Bovella’s Pastry Shop, flower art by Design Contempo, Fresh Pressed Juice Co., Health in Motion, Jay’s Cycle Center, Limani Seafood Bar & Grill, Space Salon & The Farm House Store.
