Arts + Cars returns to downtown Summit on Sunday, September 16, 2018! From 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. there will be a juried art show with lots of art and crafts for sale, the P.A.L. Classic Car Show, live music, and children’s activities. These activities are being organized cooperatively by the Summit Police Athletic League (P.A.L.), Summit Downtown, Inc. (SDI), and the Visual Arts Center of NJ (VACNJ).
