National Night Out 2020
The New Providence Police Department held a National Night Out event on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.
The event was a drive in Movie featuring the film Captain Marvel. Held at Our Lady of Peace parking lot, it was limited to the first 85 cars, and there was a chance to win prizes.
National Night out is a community-building event that annually takes place on the first Tuesday in August. Due to Covid-19 this year’s event was postponed until October 6. A variety of federal, state, county, and municipal-level agencies come together with community members in an effort to build a safer and well-connected community.
