“Hello Bookstore” Documentary (Adults)
December 29 at 2 p.m.- 3:30 p.m.
In the shadow of the pandemic, a small town rallies to protect a beloved local bookstore. Documentary film will be in the Conti Room.

CRAFTERDAY (Children)

Come by the Coddington Room and use the materials and instructions that have been left out on the tables. Take home what you create. While supplies last! This program is made possible by the Friends of the New Providence Memorial Library.

Basics of At-Home 3D Printing (Adults and Teens)

Research engineer Mojtaba Komeili teaches an intermediate-level Python course. Prerequisite: Introduction to Programming with Python from last fall, or basic knowledge of Python.

“Ruby Bridges” Film & Discussion (Adults & Teens)

The League of Women Voters and the Summit College Club co-sponsor this free screening of “Ruby Bridges” to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Adult Craft – Book Page Hearts (Adults)

For Valentine’s Day, make your own 3D heart ornaments using strips cut from the pages of damaged books, a stapler, red paint, hot glue, and baker’s twine. Will be held in the Conti Room and registration is required. Email RSVP@newprovidencelibrary.org to register.
