New Providence Holiday Festivities
The annual Holiday Festival, featuring the Christmas Walk, was held on November 26, 2021. This festival is the largest borough event, drawing thousands of residents and visitors. The annual Christmas Walk, an evening gathering traditionally held on the Friday after Thanksgiving in the downtown area, featured activities and giveaways by participating merchants, the arrival of Santa on a firetruck with the New Providence Marching Band; followed by a display of fireworks sponsored by NP Fuel that could be seen throughout the downtown.
