The Union County affiliate of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is an organization dedicated to helping those who care for a loved one with a mental illness. At the NAMI public meeting on October 24, the NJ Mental Health Players will present 2 skits that will focus on scenarios that caregivers may often face.
The skits that will be presented are “Family Dynamics before the Holidays” and “Fostering Positive Relationships”. Come and learn important coping mechanisms and strategies through these skits.
