Friends of the Mountainside Public Library Museum Pass Program
The Friends of the Mountainside Public Library are pleased to provide passes to outstanding museums in New Jersey and New York. Passes may be borrowed by Mountainside Public Library card holders, 18 years or older, in good standing. A pass may be borrowed for 3 calendar days, no renewals will be allowed. Passes are available on a first come, first served basis; holds are not permitted. To see if a pass is available, search the library’s online catalog by museum title at mountainsidelibrary.org. Passes must be signed out at the Circulation desk and must be returned to the library’s Circulation desk, to sign back in. The overdue fine for a pass is $10.00 per day. The replacement fee for a lost pass is $25.00 plus the replacement cost of the museum pass. A $5.00 fine will be assessed for lost museum pass containers and/or for museum passes returned in the book drop. Please understand that the Library cannot be responsible for any changes in hours of operation or policy at any of the museums. Therefore, you should check the website of the museum you plan to visit (see museum telephone numbers and websites below). Also, please remember to bring your library cards for all family members (you may be asked to present them along with your museum pass.)

The Frick Collection

Grounds for Sculpture

Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum

Liberty Science Center

Liberty Science Center does not supply passes to public libraries, but you may receive a $3.00 discount on admission when you present your Mountainside Public Library card at purchase. The discount applies to any of the three levels of admission (Science Center admission, Combination Pass, and All-Access Pass). Your valid Mountainside Public Library card is also good for 10% off the price of a family membership.
Montclair Art Museum
