Congratulations to Mountainside’s newest police officer, William Sforza, who graduated from the John H. Stamler Police Academy on June 7th. William is following in his father Dominick’s footsteps who is a retired Rahway Police Sergeant.
Officer Sforza received an award from the Union County 200 Club for achieving the highest combined grade point average, 99.49, in the following areas of training: Emergency Vehicle Operations, First Responder Training, Firearms Training, Physical Training, and Range Qualification.
