The Friends of the Mountainside Library will hold its Book Sale in April 2018. Donations of gently used hardcover and paperback books will be accepted beginning Saturday, April 14, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and during library hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Before donating books, ask yourself the following questions and, if you answer “yes” to any, please do not donate these books:
- Are any of the books soiled?
- Are any of the books damaged?
- Have any of the books been stored in a damp area?
- Are any of the books out-of-date, reference books, or dictionaries?
The Book Sale will take place on Friday, April 20, and Saturday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A preview for residents only will be held on Thursday, April 19, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Bag day, including a special treat, will be Monday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
