Understanding Artificial Intelligence

An engaging and informative presentation that introduces attendees to the world of artificial intelligence (AI) and how it is applied in the real world and why folks are concerned about it. An expert will showcase the various ways AI is applied in different industries and provide a glimpse into some of the most exciting AI programs and platforms ranging from language AIs to text-to-image AIs, text-to-video, text-to-music, etc. (ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen Labs etc.)
This lecture is led by AI educators at Promo Ambitions. This event is hosted by the Kemmerer Library.
Adult Open Craft Night

Have no time or space to finish up all those craft projects? Take n Makes waiting to be assembled? You are not alone! Join us for some quiet time away from the kids and the dirty dishes. Relax with friends and fellow crafters. Bring along anything you want to work on or enjoy doing the craft I will provide, just in case.

Explore the life and work of the Italian Renaissance artist Sandro Botticelli with art historian Jay Schuck. Artwork to be examined include the Primavera, Birth of Venus, Mystical Nativity, and more. This event is hosted by the Kemmerer Library.
Investment Fraud
Tuesday, September 17th @7pm
Learn about the many different types of investment scams and the ways that investors can protect themselves from becoming victims of these types of fraud. This discussion will also include so-called “romance scams” as well as cryptocurrency scams. This will be lead by the New Jersey Bureau of Statistics.
