Long Hill Chamber MEET & GREET set for Jan. 23
The Long Hill Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Meet & Greet hosted by Hudson Way Immersion School at 249 Bebout Avenue in Stirling on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 9-10:30 a.m. A continental breakfast will be served and networking opportunities with other local businesses will be available, as well as a tour of the school.
Hudson Way Immersion School was started in 2005 and now has 2 campuses, one in New York City and the other in Stirling, a relocation of their Summit campus. They offer Mandarin immersion in New York, and Mandarin and Spanish immersion in Stirling for children from preschool to grade 5. They are committed to “producing bilingual, flexible and creative thinkers,” said Founder and CEO Sharon Huang. “We are a school with rigorous academic standards, very high levels of proficiency in a second language, and with data showing that the students’ superior cognitive development is directly correlated to length of time in our program,” she said.
“The Long Hill Chamber of Commerce is proud to have Hudson Way Immersion School as one of our members,” said Michelle Cavett, Chamber President and Program Director at Soo Bahk Do Karate of Gillette.
