SENIORS! You needn’t think you have to sign up for high-impact aerobics or run 5K races to stay in shape!
Walking is cheap, it’s simple and almost anybody can do it!
Walking is a great way to stay active
Walking 35 minutes a day will keep you physically strong and agile
IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO EXERCISE
Benefits of walking:
• Controls and reduces the risk of developing high blood pressure
• Increases muscle strength and flexibility
• Helps in controlling weight
