The Linden Public Library is proud to sponsor a discussion by John Prescott of the Union County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs. Prescott will talk about the important contributions made by famous women such as Zora Neale Hurston, Meryl Streep, Judy Blume, and Carol Blazejowski, all of whom called Union County home during their lives.
The hour-long talk will be held on Monday, March 26, 2018, at 3:30 p.m. in the Columbia Bank Room of the Linden Public Library, located at 31 East Henry Street in Linden, New Jersey. All are welcome for this event. The library has free, off-street parking. Light refreshments will be served and provided by the Friends of the Linden Library.
Founded in 1928, the Linden Public Library celebrates its 90th anniversary in 2018. If you have any questions regarding this event, please call the library at 908-298-3930.
