Linden High School Veterans Day Ceremony

The Linden High School Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. (NJROTC) celebrated Veterans Day on Monday, November 7, 2016.
This special day is dedicated to the brave men and women of the armed forces who have risked their lives to keep the rest of us safe and free. The Linden High School NJROTC payed a special honor to our Vietnam Veterans as it is the 50th Anniversary of that conflict. In addition, we had the privilege of having several local World War II Veterans at the event.
At Linden Public Schools celebrating our Veterans is a great opportunity for our students to honor those that have sacrificed through their service to our country. Linden students had the opportunity to sit down with our Veterans and ask them questions about their experience in the military.
Linden Public Schools give thanks and honors all veterans and their families for their service, valor and sacrifice.
