Entrepreneurial Management Achievement Program
On Wednesday, June 7, 2023 a unique Linden High School Program…. EMAP/Entrepreneurial Management Achievement Program, graduated colleagues (EMAP students) at AMICI’s Ristorante, Linden, NJ where they were awarded their diplomas by Program Founder & CEO, Sy Mayerson and Program Co-Founder & President, Dianne Blazier-Jiosi.
Over 100 guests, including Parents and Family of Graduates; EMAP Alumni; Linden Mayor Derek Armstead; LHS Principal, Charles Koonce; Linden Board of Education President, Dr. Marlene Berghammer; Interim Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Rocco Tomazic; Linden Town Council President Michelle Yamakaitis; Linden Chief of Police David Hart; Executive Con^idential Assistant to Mayor Armstead, Rebecca Tattoli; Linden Mayor’s Youth Commission Executive Vice President, Sue Paulino and Cutting Edge Industries, executives, a Linden company that is a supporter and contributor to the EMAP program. All were there to congratulate the students for the successful completion of the program and to receive their diplomas.
Mayor Armstead, EMAP Founder & CEO, Sy Mayerson and EMAP Co-Founder & President, Dianne Blazier-Jiosi presented Linden Mayoral Proclamations to companies that are very supportive of the program. Cutting Edge Industries’ to Tom Hazel, General Manage; Patrick Chimento, Product Engineering Design; Dan Saporito, Manager, Lite Tops Shade Division for their all day manufacturing facility tour, executive seminars and hands-on creation of product… (missing were Jean Claude Etienne and Eric Tamburro). A proclamation was awarded to The Stage House Restaurant, Somerset, NJ, to Donald “Junior” Erickson, General Manager for all day onsite seminars for EMAP; to Linden Police Chief David Hart for their community support; Philips 66 Bayway for their financial support and to Giovanni Lavorato, owner of AMICI’s Ristorante for hosting very successful EMAP Graduation Events over the years.
This Graduation was the 16th since EMAP was created in Linden.
