Souper Bowl of Caring
Every year the Lincoln School community collects soup and other canned goods for its annual “Souper Bowl of Caring” food drive. This past February, students, their families, and staff members collected over 825 items which were donated to the food pantry at the Saint Joseph Social Service Center in Elizabeth. Members of the Student Council who bagged the items are pictured in front of some of their towers of soup cans. Tamara Benc is the SC advisor. The Garwood Knights of Columbus Food Drive Team includes the following members: Jack Leary, Tom Karmol, Gene Kobliska, Tony DiFabio, Paul DeNigris, Aaron DeNigris, Ron Snyder, Ray Nierstedt, Tony Villano, Nick Trezza, Mike Cuozzo, John Salmon, Manny Lopez, Keith Gallagher, Patrick Virgili, Mark Koch, and Brad Bisset.
