Star Trekking 3rd Graders

Mrs. Florio’s 3rd graders boldly travelled where no 3rd grader has ever gone before. As part of the Solar System Unit, they created informational posters on a planet of their choice, and cardboard replicas of the planets using oil pastels. Students incorporated technology as they collaborated on Google Slide presentations. Their knowledge of google suites techniques were evident in their presentations which included a variety of fonts, images, animation, and fun facts.
