LifeLong Westfield Senior Services Fair
LifeLong Westfield, a volunteer committee created by Mayor Shelley Brindle, will host its annual Senior Services Fair on Friday, September 29 from 10:00 a.m. -noon in the gym at St. Helen’s Parish, 1600 Rahway Avenue in Westfield. This is a free event, open to anyone who is interested in learning about services and activities for seniors in our community. About 30 local organizations will be represented in an Open House format. The event will begin with a brief talk about cardiac health and its risk factors, as well as the heart healthy benefits of red wine and dark chocolate! Coffee, juice and bagels will be served, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
