Library Teen Summer Programs

Cranford— Area teens are invited to “UNMASKED” this summer by participating in the Cranford Public Library’s Teen Summer Reading Program, which will run from June 15 to August 20. Teens are invited to come to the Library and read for prizes as well as to take part in special events offered throughout the summer.

The program kicks off at 2 pm on Thursday, June 25 as we celebrate the beginning of summer with the annual Teen Summer Reading Program Movie Bash – join us as bash a movie voted on by teens, eat snacks, hurl popcorn, and have a riotous time!

Other special events this summer will include weekly movies, crafts, and assorted programs. Beginning June 15, teens ages 12 -18 or entering grades 7-12 can register for the program at the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor. All teens who participate in the program can attend an end-of-program Pizza Party, with lots of prizes awarded, on Thursday, August 20.

Open to all teens but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED – To register or for information ontact Teen Librarian Fran Housten 908-709-7272 or email:  cranfordlibrary@gmail.com.
