Kaushikk, 7, of Watchung, reached her 24th day in the Library summer reading program. Kaushikk was excited to pick her prize and fill out her raffle ticket, but she was more excited about getting her picture taken for the Library’s super reading screen display. So far this summer, 2123 adults, 1822 teens, and 4383 children have enrolled in SCLSNJ’s Summer Reading Challenge. Adults have logged over 4000 books read. And children and teens have logged over 43,000 days read. There is still time to sign up. Challenge yourself this summer with SCLSNJ: sclsnj.beanstack.org/reader365.
