Library Award celebrates Yarnies group
The Kenilworth Public Library received a New Jersey Library Association Public Relations and Marketing Award. The New Jersey Library Association “Surprise Us” award, was given to the Kenilworth Public Library in recognition of our “Yarnies” yarn skeins. We gave out these mini yarn skeins during last year’s yarn tasting event, and they also serve as a type of business card used to promote our “Yarnies” group.
According to the NJLA website “The NJLA Public Relations and Marketing Awards are open to New Jersey academic, public, school, and special libraries, as well as consortia”.
