Local Church Celebrates Centenarian

New Providence United Methodist Church did the unthinkable during the Pandemic and pouring rain…they celebrated this centenarian with a car parade! Leonard Blessing of New Providence turned 100 on October 16th. Over 40 cars came to honor this special man.
He enjoyed seeing people from his alumna Montclair State University, Millburn High School where he taught for 37 years, his bridge club where he actively played until last year, his neighbors and his beloved church family. It was a day to be remembered by all…miles of love and joy!
