Law Enforcement Against Drugs was at it’s best and finest moments during a morning assembly at St.Theresa School in Kenilworth. Sgt Brian Pickton awarded Mrs. Morgese’s 5th grade class certificates for completing the 45 minute class which ran once a week from October to April.
The students learned important ways to stay drug free along with how to avoid violence in their future. They had to write an essay on what they learned and make a pledge to make wise decisions concerning alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. Winners of the essay contest were Andrew Guarino and Kaelyn Pavlik.
