He will explain the rules governing lawyers and highlight what you need to know to protect your personal rights and the rights of your business.
Edelstein will discuss common issues leading to disputes between lawyers and clients. Additional topics include: where to find a lawyer and what to consider, your rights in a fee dispute with your lawyer, figuring out when to change lawyers, and how to sue your lawyer.
