KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Registration for the Clark Public School District Full-day Kindergarten Program will take place on the following days:
Thursday, February 23, 2017
– FRANK K. HEHNLY SCHOOL
Tuesday, February 28, 2017
– VALLEY ROAD SCHOOL
Registration will be between 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. Registration forms are being sent out to all eligible students. Parents should bring with them the following:
Original Birth Certificate; Health History and Health Record from Physician; Proof of Residence – (Three Required)
Children who will be five years old by October 1, 2017 are eligible to enroll.
