KENILWORTH ROTARY CLUB CASINO NIGHT JUNE 2, 2017

The Rotary Club of Kenilworth sponsors an annual Casino Night to benefit local students. This spring’s fundraiser will take place at the Kenilworth VFW, 33 S. 21st Street, Kenilworth, NJ on Friday, June 2 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance, or $30 at the door, and will entitle each person to $100 in casino chips and as well as to refreshments.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will give Kenilworth students the opportunity to qualify for one of two programs “Send Our Children to Summer Camp” or the “Kenilworth Scholarship Program”. The summer camp program is offered to 5th – 8th grade students, whose families cannot afford the cost of sending their children to summer camp. The Scholarship program provides financial help to Kenilworth’s high school seniors planning to attend college.
Members of Kenilworth’s Rotary Club are currently requesting contributions from local businesses, residents and organizations that can assist in the success of Casino Night. All prizes in the event will be from donations and/or monetary contributions from locals to assist in putting the fundraiser together. Tricky- tray prizes will be awarded during the final hour. Established in 1948, the Kenilworth Rotary Club has been an active service organization, helping local schools, the Kenilworth community and national organizations for nearly 70 years.The club meets each Wednesday at Rinaldi’s (24 North 20th Street in Kenilworth) from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
