Pollution Revolution Comedy Magic Show

Join us for this exciting interactive event featuring the amazing juggling and magic of Ben Lipman as we learn about the importance of recycling.
This program has been funded by a Recycling Grant given to The Borough of Kenilworth.
Learn To Paint at The Kenilworth Public Library
Monday, July 10 at 11:00am – 12:30pm
Ages 10 – Adult
Participate in a hands on introduction to color theory and create your own painting to take home.
This program will be presented by Stefanie Lalor from The Artist Framer.

Learn To Twirl A Baton At The Kenilworth Public Library
Wednesday, July 12 at 3:30pm – 4:00pm (Ages: 4 – 7) and 4:00pm – 4:30pm (Ages: 8 – 12)
Participant will have an opportunity to learn the basics of baton twirling.
This program will be presented by Nicole Placca, owner of Diamondettes Baton and Dance.
Science Heroes: Saving Earth Together
Thursday, July 13 at 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Ages: 4 – Adult
Join us for an action-packed story about two unlikely heroes working together to save their town and the planet from a super-polluting mastermind!
Throughout the adventure, volunteers will help conduct several exciting science experiments that bring this story to life! Explore Newton’s Laws of Motion, air pressure, chemical reactions, and more!
This program has been funded by a Recycling Grant given to The Borough of Kenilworth.
Yoga Story Time: 10:30am – 11:00am on Wednesday, July 19
Join us for stories and yoga poses for the youngest listeners and their caregiver.
This program will be presented by Sandy Szeluga for ages: 2 – 5.

Steppin’ And Stompin’ Ireland Dance & Song
Thursday, July 20 at 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Ages: 4 – adult
Join us as we trace the history of Irish dance and song
Experience the music, history, traditions and costumes to be presented by
Darrah Carr Dance Company.
This program was made possible by funds from the Union County Office of Cultural Affairs,
a partner of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.
Good Tyme String Band: 10:30am – 11:00am on Wednesday, July 26.
All ages are welcome to attend and enjoy foot tapping knee slapping music.
KENILWORTH PUBLIC LIBRARY ADULT PROGRAMS
Join us on Tuesdays, July 11 & 18 at 2:00pm – 4:00pm and Monday, July 10 at 6:00pm – 7:45pm for our card making group “Paper Pals.” You don’t need any paper crafting experience to join the fun. This is a FREE program for adults.
“Yarnies”: Join us onThursdays, July 6, 13, & 20 at 2:00pm – 4:00pm and Thursday, July 27 at 6:00pm – 7:30pm.
“Spin – A – Yarn”: Join us on Tuesday, July 25 at 5:00pm – 7:45pm. Bring your spinning wheel or drop spindle and create beautiful yarns!
If you don’t have a wheel, you are still welcome to join us to learn about spinning.
Adult Pottery Workshop on Thursday, July 27 at 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Adults will have an opportunity to create a unique piece of pottery to take home and display.
This workshop will be presented by Simone Anthony-Brown, owner of Express Yourself Studios.
