VFW 2230, PBA 135, KFD and PBA Silver Card Association Donates Turkeys
On November 22nd, 2019, 280 Turkeys were delivered to the St. Theresa Food Pantry. This generous donation has become an annual event, primarily sponsored by the Kenilworth VFW 2230, PBA 135, Kenilworth Fire Department, PBA Silver Card Association and the Garlic Rose Bistro. The membership of all organizations takes great pride in helping those less fortunate around Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season. Mary Michitsch, St. Theresa Food Pantry, praised the effort to make everyone’s Thanksgiving a little more special. “With this generous donation, we are able to present those in need with a complete basket for a full Thanksgiving dinner and much more”, Michitsch said.
