On November 18th, several Kenilworth community civic groups came together to help the St Theresa’s social concerns committee provide Thanksgiving meals for over 250 needy families.
Kenilworth PBA #135, the Kenilworth Silver card Association, Kenilworth Veteran’s center, Kenilworth Fire Dept., Percaro trucking, Crossfit Treehouse along with some individual donors provided over 250 12-14 pound turkeys which were paired up with food baskets from the Social Concerns Committee to be distributed to families from Kenilworth and the surrounding areas.
The Social Concerns Committee provides food year-round to needy families and at Thanksgiving tries to provide everything a family would want to have a satisfying and delicious meal.
