$355,000 in Grants Awarded to Warren
The Township Committee is pleased to announce that they have received two grants for projects towards recreation facilities. Somerset County Open Space Advisory Committee awarded the Township $300,000 towards the construction of the new pavilion. The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) awarded the Township $55,000 towards the new playground at the Municipal Complex.
Mayor Victor Sordillo and the Township Committee would like to thank Recreation Director, Joseph Passaro, for preparing the grants and presenting it to the County.
The Township anticipates the projects to start in 2022.
