As part of their Silver Award project, Girl Scouts Kaitlyn Linton, 14, and Kaitlyn Roth, 14 – both from Warren – created several flannel board story sets for use at SCLSNJ’s Warren Township Library branch. On Monday, June 26, Linton and Roth used their newly created flannel sets to present Storytime Special: “Splash, Splash” for young children. A second presentation, Storytime Special: “Dancing Feet!” was held at the Library on June 28.
Antonette D’Orazio, youth services supervisor at the branch, said, “We really feel lucky to have such dedicated young patrons willing to share their talents and time with the library.”
