Happy 100th birthday Kitty
At the September 5th Garwood Seniors Club meeting, the members celebrated the 100th birthday of longtime Garwood resident Catherine “Kitty“ Madara. Here, Mayor Jen Blumenstock presents a Mayor’s proclamation to Mrs. Madara to celebrate this milestone.
