Garwood Public Library Announces”Universe of Stories” Bookmark Winners
The Garwood Public Library has selected the winners of its 2019 Bookmark Contest. Garwood students in grades K-8 were challenged to submit original bookmark designs around “A Universe of Stories,” this year’s Summer Reading theme celebrating space and the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. The seven winning artists are Malea Fernandez, Ania Sobotka, Felicianna Hansen, Gabriel Wood, Madison Oliveira, Tyler LeRouge and Leah Scepkowski. Winning designs were distributed in schools, and additional copies may be picked up at the Library.
