Friends of the WML April 2022
The Friends of the WML is ready for a fun April. For young children we will host Fit4Kids on Saturday, April 23 at the library. This will be a fun program for kids to learn about fitness and healthy eating. This will be the 1st Saturday morning program hosted onsite at the library this year. Spots are limited and you can register on the library’s website at wmlnj.org.
The Metropolitan Opera Series continues on April 13 with Marriage of Figaro. The group leaves on a roundtrip bus from Westfield to New York City and returns after the performance. With our series membership, you can purchase a seat for one performance or more. To learn more visit fwmlnj.org.
The 47th Annual Spring Book Sale will return this year. We are excited to once again host this beloved community wide event. This is the perfect time to clean out your bookshelves and donate books, CDs and DVDs in good condition on April 27, 28 & 30. All of your book donations become the inventory for our book sale. All the proceeds raised go directly towards Friends sponsored events and programs. Looking for great books? Come shop the sale on May 3rd (Members Preview Sale) – May 7. Special Sale Days include 50% for teachers on May 3-5, 50% off for ALL on May 6 and Bag Day ($10/a bag) on May 7. We welcome all those that would like to help with the sale.
