Friends of the Cranford Library
The Friends of the Cranford Public Library recently awarded its 2023 Gerard Paradiso Library Studies Scholarship of $1,000 to John-Paul Cirelli. Mr. Cirelli is on track to graduate with a Master of Information degree from Rutgers University, May 2024. Mr. Cirelli is a talented individual who stated that he hopes to find a role within the public library system where he can “collaborate on initiatives that focus on incorporating more sensory-friendly activities and LGBTQIA+ outreach into programming, particularly targeted at age groups that are often overlooked by public libraries.”
