Firecracker Race returns for it’s 45th Year

The Cranford Jaycees’ annual Firecracker Four-Miler and Fun Run returns July 4th for its 45th year.  The race will have a new course this year, heading the opposite direction down Springfield Avenue and turning left on Orange Avenue. Registration is available until 8:00 am on the 4th online at raceforum.com/fire-4.  The Fun Run begins at 8:00 a.m., followed by the Four-Miler at 8:30 a.m.

The race is a fundraiser for the Jaycees’ general fund, which gave out $50,000 in scholarships in June to graduating Cranford seniors.
Also, here’s a photo that could be used of the logo designer from CHS.
