A TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE is happening on Monday, April 8th! This is only the 16th time in the last 150 years. From where we live here in NJ, we have a chance to view about 90% of the eclipse. It’s not safe to look directly at an eclipse without special eyewear. Solar Eclipse glasses are available at the library starting on Monday, April 1st, as long as supplies last…no joke! Enjoy the eclipse between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm through the lenses of special eclipse glasses that protect your eyes from the sun. If you can, bring yourself with your glasses to the library and let’s (protectively) watch the eclipse together!
