Girl Scout Day

Mayor Colleen Mahr invited local Brownies and Daisies to the March Agenda/Work Session meeting on Monday, March 7, 2022, in observance of Girl Scout Day. The Brownies from Troop 393 at Evergreen School and the Daisies from Troop 346 at School One led the Pledge of Allegiance, posed with Mayor Mahr at the podium and recited various accomplishments of the Girl Scouts over the years. Julie Murphy of the Girl Scouts of Scotch Plains-Fanwood received the Girl Scout Day proclamation from the Mayor. The Mayor also reminded everyone that it’s Girl Scout Cookie Time!
