Summit Has Pride First Annual Community Event
The Department of Community Programs will be hosting the first annual Summit Has Pride event June 7 on the Summit Village Green. There will be food truck vendors, a story time, entertainers, as well as games and activities for residents of all ages from 6PM to 7PM. A concert featuring the BOY BAND PROJECT begins at 7PM followed by the film Love, Simon at 8:30PM.
Vendors and nonprofit organizations that support the LGBTQ community will be present at the event. This event is sponsored by Saint John’s Lutheran Church, The Summit Free Public Library, and The Connection.
