New Providence Senior Citizens Club
The DeCorso Community Center, which serves as the home for the New Providence Senior Citizens Club, provides opportunities for senior residents to socialize, exercise and participate in programs and activities with their peers. The Center’s hours are Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. —2:30 p.m. The New Providence Senior Citizens Club holds weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. with special presentations, performances, or “special” bingo. REGISTER IN ADVANCE – AARP Smart Driver Class, Tuesdays, October 1 and 8 from 11:00am to 2:00pm – Refresh your driving skills with the AARP Smart Driver class. During the course, you will learn smart driving strategies to keep you safer on the road and increase your confidence behind the wheel. Plus, you may save money on your auto insurance (consult your agent for details). AARP will be offering the class in person at the DeCorso Center. Participants must attend both sessions to get the certificate. Anyone with a NJ License is welcome to attend. The cost of the course is $20 for AARP members and $25 for non-members.
