Cranford Woman’s Club 2020 Scholarship
The Cranford Woman’s Club is accepting applications for our 2020 Scholarship.
To be eligible, the applicant should be a Cranford resident and graduating senior from any high school who plans to continue education at an accredited institute of higher learning, and who has a demonstrated commitment to community service. The application deadline is April 10, 2020.
Please complete our application and write a 1-2 page essay telling us about your community service. We are particularly interested in hearing what brought you to the project or organization as well as what your time commitment has been, frequency and your level of participation. Perhaps you started as a volunteer and grew into a leadership role or helped recruit others to continue the service in the future. Who does your service benefit or impact? What have you learned about yourself or the world from being involved?
Also include one letter of recommendation from someone who is able to write about your community service.
