Drummer Karl Latham’s career has spanned the globe performing, recording and producing with Grammy Award winning artists, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members and multitude of internationally acclaimed musicians. Pura Belpre award-winning young adult author Raquel Vasquez Gilliland will be examining the garden through an equity lens and reflecting on her personal experience in the garden. The Magnolia Street String Band will bring their tremendous talent and original style to the Cranford Community Center on Monday August 15 at 7:00 p.m. A group Formed in Highland Park, NJ in 2013, their music is grounded in traditional bluegrass with elements of cosmic Americana, country, and old-time as well as original compositions mixed in.
