Cal Ripken District Championship

The 11u CBSL travel team won the Cal Ripken District Championship on June 26, 2022. Beating Chatham 11-1 and marking an undefeated tournament, going 5 and 0 in the round robin and knock out games.
The team received a stellar pitching performance from their ace, George Gish! Along with great defense and timely hitting from the entire team.
The championship marks the 4thconsecutive year the team has won the District and has move on to states. A absolute remarkable feat by a group of dedicated coaches and kids that are proud to represent Cranford.
The team is coached by John Cuthbertson, Bob Sawicki, Michael Aveno and Brenden Freely and is made up of the following players: Jackson Folvik, Keifer Cuthbertson, George Gish, Colin Freely, Conner Brown, Julian Grasso, Christian Quinty, Dylan Caggiano, Brandon Schoening, Aiden Younger, Luke Sawicki and Nathan Aveno.
